Préparation
Brush the salmon on both sides with butter, lemon juice and pepper. Arrange in a pan and fry 5-6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork, brushing frequently with butter mixture. The fish is done when the center bones comes away easily from flesh. Don't overcook fish.

- 2 ea salmon steaks (about 300 g each).
- 2 tb butter
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1/2 ts pepper
- 2 ts fresh parsley
