Préparation
Cook trout in a small amount of lightly salted water on low heat for 10-15 minutes. take the fihs out of water. Grind walnuts. Peel onions and slice finely. Fry onions in oil until lightly golden. Combine onion with walnuts, salt to taste and add to the fish broth. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Put fish in the sauce and cook for other 5 minutes.

- 4 ea onions
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- pepper peas
- a bay leaf
