Préparation

Pour oil on the pan and fry with finely chopped onion. Put boiled cauliflower parts, sliced potatoes and pour over eggs beaten with flour and salt and bake in the oven until done. Decorate with parsley greens before serving.

  • 4 oz oil.
  • 1 lb boiled potatoes.
  • 1 ea big onion.
  • 2 ea eggs.
  • 3 tbsp flour.
